Usage of %(Percent)

1. Percent Off (D.C: Discount)
    ex) 3400-10% = 3060, which is equal to 3400*(1-0.1).

2. Percent Up
    ex) 3400+10% = 3740, which is equal to 3400*(1+0.1).

3. Percent Of
    ex) 3400*10% = 340, which is equal to 3400*0.1.

4. What Percent
    ex) 3400/10% = 34000, which is equal to 3400/0.1.
